主要研究领域:
植物合成生物学是一门综合生物学,生物化学,工程学,数学模型等多学科的技术,以工程化的方式来设计和解决生物学问题。近年来,合成生物学从单细胞的生物元器件和回路的研究,逐渐过渡到了多细胞的复杂体系。
本课题组拟综合运用分子生物学、基因组学、转录组学、代谢组、生物化学、基因编辑、多基因组装等相关技术和方法,开展植物合成生物学底盘改良,天然产物元件挖掘与设计、代谢通路模块装配集成与重构,天然产物转录调控等方面研究,最终改进植物高附加值天然产物的生物合成效率和其生产方式。
