Dr. Glenn M. Young is a full professor in Department of Food Science and Technology at University of California, Davis. He obtained his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Washington State University, USA in 1994. His research interests include Food Microbiology and Food Safety, especially detection and mitigation of foodborne bacteria, microbial safety of urban agriculture systems.
